Kaiser Grill Schnellrestaurant in Karlsruhe

I've known this shop since I was 8 years old. The staff are very friendly, the food is delicious and fresh. The best baklava, a very, very tasty yufka and doner kebab. The pizzas are very very good too. I can only recommend this shop.

The third or fourth time I throw a doner kebab in the trash, just get an ice-cold doner kebab again, they leave the meat cut in front of what did not fit in with the customer and then turn it into a fresh kebab again, the meat was so cold I'm sure that it was there for at least 10 to 15 minutes, that's really cheeky. Seldom happened, but nobody wants an ice-cold doner kebab or yufka, they stop leaving the meat under the skewer!

It was very good, but it was too little meat and salad, I'll give it a try again.

The shop is cleaner than some other shops in Karlsruhe, but I'm still not very satisfied. If you order a product and repeatedly say that you do not want sauce, then you should normally get the product without sauce. Only if the language barrier has already reached a certain height and the information is passed on again, you still get everything with a yogurt sauce that you are not allowed to eat! Of course it is then the guest's fault, because they should have said it not just 3 times but probably 10 times in different languages. The young boss is more fixated on her artificial body parts than on the satisfaction of the guests, in the 45 minutes that I was there alone, there were 3 complaints at the counter! If you are actually allowed to work behind the counter of a bar with artificial fingernails and eyelashes, I mean, I know that this is not permitted for hygienic reasons!

At first I called several times, unfortunately without success. Since I didn't have a mask with me, I ordered a kebab plate + an ayran to take away at the window. The employee asked for 10 euros. The price list said "Kebab plate 7 €" Since the ayran cannot cost 3 euros, I see it as a cheeky rip-off from the employee because he asked for 10 euros, hence a star.

This is not recommended, especially Adana Kebab, they are frozen kebab that you buy from the supermarket.

Kaisergrill has unfortunately deteriorated in quality. I used to eat here often and often, but the kebab is prepared here listlessly and tastes accordingly! Yufka too lumpy and hardly any meat in it ...

The kebab for 4 € was ok, but nothing special. A solid kebab. You have the choice between veal and chicken. Gives better, but also worse kebabs.

Best Falafel ever :)

So far only good experiences there. Have ordered food there several times. It is not the most expensive and really delicious. The kebab boxes are especially delicious! I would also like to mention another type of service here. Unfortunately, I had missed my train tonight. And since it was already 1 am and I had to wait half an hour, I went to the Kaiser Grill and asked if I could maybe stay there until my train went. That was not a problem at all. Super dear people there and the food is highly recommended. Will definitely go there again :))

The kebab tasted bad. The sauce tasted watery and the meat was definitely no longer fresh. The kebab came out of me faster than it came in during lunch break! And much faster!

This place has a very good Tagesmenü. Gotta try it out!

The store looked inviting and bright from the outside, so we decided to eat there once. My falafel plate was at the very best "okay", everything lovelessly gossiped side by side what was already cut there and the falafel were so over-seasoned that I could not eat the last. In combination with the prices that do not correspond to the quality, I will probably not come back.

It is simply done cold meat in the kebab and even talked derogatory in Turkish about the customer. Small tip: Just because the customer is a German, he can still understand what you're talking ... Apart from a joke that with the cold meat. The comments are absolutely believable here and I can only say give your money where else and avoid this store !!!!! Insolence !!!!!!

Unfortunately, I also found that the quality went downhill. I used to like being here, the food was good, the staff friendly. Now the opposite is the case. The staff does not seem to enjoy the job, the quality of the food is not even acceptable and the prices are increasing.

Food is good. The taste is good. There's somethinf like turkish tea behind, idk. Just a note about cleanness, seems a lil bit somewhat off

It's okay during the lunch break. Unfortunately at 4.00 € for a yufka very little meat that is not of the best quality :(
